Hotel Zamna Boutique boasts a secure location right in the city center, making it an ideal spot for travelers. The clean pool adds to the overall enjoyment of the stay. Guests will appreciate the hotel’s proximity to a local market, convenience stores, and bars, as well as being just a short distance from Plaza Grande and the main square, which is bustling with numerous restaurants and bars. Plus, free street parking is available for those with cars.

The location in a lovely area was marvellous and there were convenience stores and shops nearby. The airport was 10 km away. I was upgraded to outstanding standard double room with tasteful furniture.

The amazing staff, particularly Romina the receptionist, provide exceptional service. the hotel's central location is a big plus, as it's conveniently close to numerous restaurants and the airport.

This hotel has a really nice breakfast with delicious coffee and yogurt.

Thoroughly enjoyed how great the property was and its great staff especially Romina our receptionist. We were offered amazing and satisfactory breakfasts with fresh hot options, yogurt and omelette or scrambled egg. The setting was magnificent, just off airport, sightseeing and all the main attractions. Centro de Merida district was worth staying in.

The breakfast was amazing and satisfactory with fresh hot options and fresh fruit, for instance, had everything you could want.

Wonderful relaxing spotless hotel with ATTENTIVE staff who made the stay a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Absolutely perfect location, around 4-6 minutes walk from Casa Catherwood. A wide range of food options at walking distance from the venue. The service was friendly, always with a smile.

The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a private bathroom and nice amenities like a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet. the bed was cozy, and the hypo-allergenic pillows were a nice touch. - the pool was good, and there was convenient parking nearby. - Free Wi-Fi was a great bonus. - the location was marvelous and unbeatable, being close to the Merida English Library.

Hotel Zamna Boutique is a wonderful and clean place that should have a higher than 3-star rating. the hotel's breakfast is delicious and marvelous, with fresh orange juice, yogurt, and scrambled eggs. - the venue is centrally located in the historic center of the city.

The staff was lovely and charming all the time. the free parking was nearby, exceptional service. - Had access to its Wi-Fi, it was great. - the hotel was really close to all the main attractions and restaurants as well as the market.

My room was really nice and clean, with free water and soda waiting for me. They even had a fan to keep me cool and the shower had great water pressure! 💦

Great location just a short walk from the Merida English Library. the breakfast they served was top-notch, with lots of choices including fresh orange juice, toast, and a variety of hot dishes! 👌
