Room could benefit from more clothing storage options. Water pressure in the shower fluctuated. Some rooms labeled as garden view were disappointing, revealing a wall instead. Housekeeping failed to replenish shower gel or shampoo during a five-night stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed how great the property was and its great staff especially Romina our receptionist. We were offered amazing and satisfactory breakfasts with fresh hot options, yogurt and omelette or scrambled egg. The setting was magnificent, just off airport, sightseeing and all the main attractions. Centro de Merida district was worth staying in.

Wonderful relaxing spotless hotel with ATTENTIVE staff who made the stay a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Absolutely perfect location, around 4-6 minutes walk from Casa Catherwood. A wide range of food options at walking distance from the venue. The service was friendly, always with a smile.

The location in a lovely area was marvellous and there were convenience stores and shops nearby. The airport was 10 km away. I was upgraded to outstanding standard double room with tasteful furniture.

The pool area lacks seating options for busy hours!!! It's frustrating not to have enough free parking spaces on weekends!!! The shower's water pressure left much to be desired, impacting the overall experience!!!

The stay was fantastic, especially as we were exploring the rich culture of Merida. I loved the clean, spacious Queen Room, which provided a comfortable base after long days visiting sites like the beautiful Merida Cathedral and the lively Mercado de Santiago, both just a short walk away. The breakfasts were a highlight, featuring fresh fruit and a different main dish every day, and the inviting pool area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

The outdoor pool in the inner-garden was a lovely escape after a day of exploring. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great as it was just a short walk to great restaurants, yet not overwhelmed by tourists.

The pool was beautifully maintained and perfect for swimming, with plenty of seating options to soak up the sun or relax in the shade. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, including local specialties, though I did notice limited options for convenience shopping in the area. While the WiFi was decent, the water pressure in the shower could be better.
